Refund and Returns Policy

There is no refund for purchased courses except in the following cases:

• If you haven’t joined any group or started watching the lectures.
• If less than 3 days have passed since your subscription date.
• If you accidentally subscribed to the same course twice.
• If you received a discount during the subscription, a refund is not possible.
• Subscriptions to packages are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed via Vodafone Cash with a 6% bank fee deducted. For Visa refunds, 31% of the total paid amount will be deducted.
